Problems with compiling GGV source code ple help

 We are having problems with compiling the source code of GGV. While using the make command we are getting the following comments:
 
 make  all-recursive
 make[1]: Entering directory `/home/nimit/ggv/ggv-2.11.1'
 Making all in po
 make[2]: Entering directory `/home/nimit/ggv/ggv-2.11.1/po'
 make[2]: Nothing to be done for `all'.
 make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/nimit/ggv/ggv-2.11.1/po'
 Making all in idl
 make[2]: Entering directory `/home/nimit/ggv/ggv-2.11.1/idl'
 make[2]: Nothing to be done for `all'.
 make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/nimit/ggv/ggv-2.11.1/idl'
 Making all in src
 make[2]: Entering directory `/home/nimit/ggv/ggv-2.11.1/src'
 make  all-recursive
 make[3]: Entering directory `/home/nimit/ggv/ggv-2.11.1/src'
 Making all in po
 /bin/sh: line 0: cd: po: No such file or directory
 make[3]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
 make[3]: Leaving directory `/home/nimit/ggv/ggv-2.11.1/src'
 make[2]: *** [all-recursive-am] Error 2
 make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/nimit/ggv/ggv-2.11.1/src'
 make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
 make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/nimit/ggv/ggv-2.11.1'
 make: *** [all-recursive-am] Error 2
 
 As you can see there are 2 errors which are related to the directory po. We are unable to understand how to debug these errors. Please provide assistance asap.
