Gamin doc's local to your system are at:

/usr/share/doc/gamin-<your version> 
 

The web location for gamin is:

http://www.gnome.org/~veillard/gamin/

and there's a mailing list there too if you're so inclined.


I wrestled with this a bit when FC3 first came out due to a problem 
I no longer remember but found that it was located in:

/usr/libexec/

and, as a test, moving it out of this directory stopped it from 
being loaded.
