Hardware Monitoring Software

Hi

What would be good hardware monitoring software for Fedora Core 4 ?

I like to know what is a temperature in my processor and motherboard and
what is a speed on my Fans?

Other information of my hardware is also good, but those are in first
place of priority.

Friend of mine suggest mbmon, but I didn't find it to FC4 - only for
Debian. And I do not know how to use lm_sensors.
