kernel source and nVidia drivers - SOLVED

SOLVED!

   I forced install of an older kernel .1653.  Removed all traces of 
.1656, rebooted, and reinstalled the newer kernel.

   It turns out that the /lib/modules/2.6.14-1.1656_FC4 directory was 
missing two logical links:
       source->build
       build->../../../usr/src/kernels/2.6.14-1.1656_FC4

Now all I have to do is again figure out the dualhead file, my older 
previously working one does not seem to work now.  But I climbed this 
hill before.
