KDE Quick Launcher applet broken in update

I just updated KDE via pup and it seems to have broken the "Quick 
Launcher" applet.

It usually displays 5 or 6 tiny icons in the panel, but now it only 
display 2, konsole and another one which, when clicked returns 
"malformed url".
