Usually DHCP server "remembers" the Mac Address of a PC, thus usually it will 
give it the same IP address. Or to make sure, we can define it in dhcpd.conf 
so that PC A, with Mac Address xx:xx:xx:xx:xx, should be given IP address 
xxx.xxx.xxx.x
