I guess you could try something like yum install
kernel-2.6.16-something. But the yum mirrors will need to still have
this kernel available. To save space (bandwidth?) many mirrors remove
the older ones when a new kernel update becomes available. You can also
install the original kernel from the FC5 dvd or a mirror.
