64-bit FC5 already uses the SMP kernel, even if the machine is
uniprocessor.  Run "uname -rv" and see if "SMP" shows up in the output.
(If you're running x86_64, it will.)  If so, simply install the dual
core CPU and reboot.  It should work without further intervention on
your part.
