I get you point but we must get different kinds of spam. I get spam from
addresses that cannot or will not accept return mail. So it seems to me
I would be pelted by lots of returned mail I would have to deal with.

I might as well get this off my chest there is one member of this list
that sends me responses to my list messages at my actual address as the
primary address but does not allow his e-mail address to accept mail. So
if I don;t watch out responses to his messages return to me as rejected
mail At that point I just throw the mail out. I feel the ssame way about
people with unlisted phone numbers, but that is a whole other story. I
am sorry about this rant. Ignore it.
