Is my mail server is being blacked list???

Is there an MX record in your DNS entry "out there"?

Some mail receivers do a reverse DNS look up, and on finding no MX 
record they assume you're not a "serious" mail server and are probably spam.

USUALLY those sort of systems have some form of graylist/registration 
process.
