Conflict in Yum update

Also for me (FC4 x86_64), sometime, the update in yum give similar errors.
It seem to me a problem with the multiple arch package / lib installed. I've
resolved, in my systems (and all your preferred disclaimer apply), removing
all the conflicting packages with nodeps and allmatches, then the update
install also the correct package/s

Please verify what you do, before using the yum -e --nodeps --allmatches
....
