FC4 config to forward IP traffic through the box

Okay I am little new here at FC4.  I just built a new FC4 box and want to
route through the box.  It is acting as a NAT box at the moment.

The IP traffic from my internal Network machines is not being forwarded by the
FC4 box.

I turned off the firewall and SELinux options so that is not it.

I touched the /etc/sysconfig/network .   is there something else I missed?
