Where's that? That file doesn't exist for me. Or are you talking about a
menu in Gnome (I use Windowmaker, but I don't see a menu like that in
the Gnome panel either).

And, on that note, is there any way to disable *all* of the gnome-ish
stuff in Fedora? Just remove all the gnome-* packages?

I don't use Gnome, and don't want any of the inherited widgets / themes
from it.
