Australian timezone oddity between two similarly configured FC4 boxes

Woohoo, on my shiny new FC5 box there is a /usr/sbin/tzdata-update! Way
to go! Can't wait for the government to fiddle with DST again, so I can
try the feature out :)

Too bad all my Linux boxes were running FC4 or older on 26-March...
