AW: java in Linux question



Hi,

"export" the new env-var:

export JAVA_HOME=/usr/java/jre1.5.0_06

/etc/profile seems to be a good place... but I prefer "etc/profile.d", since an update might override your settings.

The order in PATH depends on your [.]profile(s)...
