NFS pro: It's really easy to get running. Edit /etc/exports
and make certain the nfs service is running.
It's very fast. I've been able to serve data at nearly
100MB/sec on a Gigabit connection with a 2.6 kernel.
NFS bad: It's insecure. Only run it on a network that is
firewalled. Though w/ NFS4 there are ways to lock it down.
I haven't tried those yet.
