X11, or shortened to X, is the system used on Unix-like OS for the
graphical display.  Xorg makes one of the X's, XFree86 makes another.
FC5 is using the Xorg version.

VESA is a generic driver that'll work with many different graphic cards,
for when you don't have a specific driver for that card.  It's usually
quite awful, but when you have no other option...
