This rang bells - I've used that soudfont before, but it wasn't among the ones 
I transferred from disk.  Then I realised I'd been looking at the application 
disk that came with the card, not the installation on.  There I found the 
CT4MGM.SF2 and CT8MGM.SF2, but no others.  I'll browse around for others.

Yes, pity there isn't the possiblity of changing soundfont within kmid, but I 
found that browsing the directory containing them, I could right-click on 
one, then 'open with' and enter sfxload.  Relatively quick and painless.
