Evolution display issue

Hello,

I am having problems with Evolution on Fedora Core 6.  When the application
opens, it is maximized, and it is larger than my desktop area.  When I
un-maximize it, I can drag it around to access various controls and
collumns, but I cannot resize it to fit the desktop, nor can I resize the
collumns.

Is anyone else having a problem like this one?  I am finding nothing out
there and am considering switching to Thunderbird.
