tuxtype2 doesn't launch

Seems to work on FC5 for me.
My settings are:
$ ls -alR .tux*
.tuxtype:
total 16
drwxr-xr-x 2 bkaye bkaye 4096 Nov 16 16:41 .
drwx------ 70 bkaye bkaye 4096 Nov 16 16:41 ..
-rw-rw-r-- 1 bkaye bkaye 40 Nov 16 16:41 settings.txt
$ less settings.txt
mus_volume=100
sfx_volume=100
window=no
Check your permissions.
