Frankly, I don't think it's possible.  From time to time I agree to take a 
questionnaire on a website, and I am always left feeling that none of the 
options I could choose reflected what I really wanted to say.  Radio buttons 
and drop-down boxes can only help so much.  For anything more than that you 
need human intervention to make any sense of it.
