In case it helps, this is the line from my /etc/passwd file (the actual
number of the UID may vary, it only has to exist!)

clamilt:!!:306:306:Clamav Milter User:/var/run/clamav-milter:/sbin/nologin

You will want to make sure the /sbin/nologin is there!
