troubles with the kde-redhat ?

 Hello 
 I am trying to yum update and am getting this 

 yum update
Loading "installonlyn" plugin
Setting up Update Process
Setting up repositories
Could not retrieve mirrorlist 
http://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/kde-redhat/fedora/mirrors-stable error was
[Errno 4] IOError: <urlopen error (111, 'Connection refused')>
Error: Cannot find a valid baseurl for repo: kde


is there something going on ? Is this in gearing up for Fedora 7 ?
