I wouldn't mind, so much, if only it was used sensibly.  But it rarely
is.  You don't have just <p>what the person said</p>, but masses of
divs, brs, pseudo-MS-centric-CSS gumph, etc.  And it gets even worse
when you quote back.

It's no-wonder MS favours the reply above and quote below technique, it
saves them the headache of rewriting the HTML.
