spamd failing

rebooted my server, something I don't often do.
It's pretty much straight fc6+extras

spamd failed.

I can't bring it up:


[root at jerusalem ~]# /etc/init.d/spamassassin restart
Stopping spamd:                                            [FAILED]
Starting spamd: [3394] error: spamd: could not create INET socket on
127.0.0.1:783: Address already in use
spamd: could not create INET socket on 127.0.0.1:783: Address already in
use
                                                           [FAILED]

Anyone else seen this?
