Can't update kernel via yum update

No, because it was not trying to remove 1.3228, it was actually keeping it.
What it was trying to do was finding an update to kqemu-kmdl for
2.6.22-41, which is not available since I installed kqemu-kmdl from
ATrpms and ATrpms is not in my repo list.
