however, for some reason the 'rescue' ISO I've downloaded (sh-3.2) doesn't have lvm command

therefore i did the lvresize step within Fedora's X




Next, use pvmove to clear all used extents off the physical
volume you want to remove from LVM and then you can use
vgreduce.

maybe I've got something wrong/misunderstood, but I get an error with pvmove:
