If I understand correctly, Rex Dieter's kde-redhat project will be merging 
with fedora kde, so there will only be one fedora kde, Rex'. This is what he 
had implied on his mailing list. I use kde-redhat and am very satisfied and 
it is impeccably and meticulously maintained. It is not an offshore abandoned 
project.
