I use synaptic to download system-config-display.
It seems to download and install OK.
But when i run it I get the following:

[root at localhost ~]# system-config-display
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/share/system-config-display/xconf.py", line 22, in ?
    import gobject
ImportError: No module named gobject

>>> import gobject

Anyone have any ideas?
