Trying to make sense of firefox plugins

Somehow I do not see a package called js in my list? Is this something 
that you installed from a different repo? Could you send across the 
sites (if they are public) to the list?

could you also try running the browser in safe mode (no plugins / themes 
are loaded)
 > firefox -safe-mode

If you are still seeing issues, then I guess there is an issue with 
firefox itself
