That's doable, depending on the circumstances.  I set up Livna by going
to their website and clicking on the FC7 link.  I was prompted to type
in the root password by the add packages thing that took over.

I didn't have to do that for Livna, for example.

Using FC 4, 5, 6 & 7, plus CentOS 5.  Today, it's FC7.
