I haven't seen that error, but I've noticed a few changeover updates
recently, and I've also noticed (now) that mine doesn't have a headers
directory.  My adobe-linux-i386.repo file was the same as yours.  I
notice I have an almost empty extra parent directory (adobe-linux
without i386), and still have the old macromedia one, which could be
deleted:
