You can use Google with a the following added into the query box
site:redhat.com/archives/fedora-list/

But, Google indexes periodically, so you won't get the absolute latest
posts.  You can also use Gmane, it has a usenet gateway to the list:
http://dir.gmane.org/gmane.linux.redhat.fedora.general
