F7 Network installation failure

I did some more tests:
1. It doesn't make any difference which mirror I choose.
2. It works with through HTTP on the same mirrors.
3. With FTP it downloads the anaconda *.img files properly. Just not
the files for the installation.
4. It adds a "/%2F" between the ftp server and the ftp path.

Did anybody manage to install Fedora 7 via network through ftp?
