iwl3945 on a Dell Inspiron 6400

Well for my dell d820, I added to /etc/modprobe.conf

alias eth1 iwl3945

Then one time it failed to work, so I did a

modprobe -r iwl3945

Then NetworkManager restarted by itself and the iwl3945 was reloaded.
