dual boot w2k sees lvm (raw partition)

LVMs show up in windows as raw partitions. You might be able to use the 
hide feature in grub and add it to the grub.conf file. Windows does not 
show ext3 partitions so I noticed the same only on installations that 
are on lvms. The entry is put in the W2k stanza.
