I think you are saying you want to update individual packages in order
to migrate to F7.  
I don't think you can upgrade by just changing the repositories that
yum looks at. 

To actually do an upgrade you need to download the upgrade DVD for
Fedora 7.  And then run it or run the Rescue CD in order to upgrade
from the DVD iso.
