Install DVD hang after boot selection screen, but before anaconda

Hi, I'm new here, but with the same problem:

- started with an up to date FC6 installation
- boot with DVD or CD
- select any option from the boot menu
- get three lines of text, the last being "Ready."
- hang

I checked my partitions, and the only non-LVM partition without a
label was my swap partition. I labeled that, but the same thing
happened.
