can't install compiz after F6 -> F7 upgrade

Yes this is an x86_64 box.  rpm -q gstreamer  shows

gstreamer-0.10.12-1.fc7

 is already installed.  I ran 

package-cleanup --cleandupes

and tried the install again and I get the same failure.
