FC6: Yum dependency problem

I'm trying to install subversion with yum and it tries to also install
postgresql-libs as a dependency.

The problem is that it tries to install a version that is older than
the one I have installed and them complains:
Transaction Check Error:
  package postgresql-libs-8.2.4-1PGDG (which is newer than
postgresql-libs-8.1.9-1.fc6) is already installed

If it knows there is a newer version why he tries to install an older
one? How to fix it? I tried to exclude postgresql-libs but them it
complains about a missing lib.
