Where are updates located

No, but the mirrors all carry the contents at a path similar to:

http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/updates/7

or, as suggested, your yum mirrorlists should find it automatically if
you have the fedora-release RPM installed and the files in
/etc/yum.repos.d/ match it.
