It's the boot.iso file in the images directory on any of the Fedora FTP
mirrors. (I'm sure there's a list fo those on the Fedora website.) Burn
it to a CD, boot off of it. It'll ask you for the path to an FTP mirror
and download the rets from there during installation. That's all you
need.
