Jeff, I know patients who have lost their hearing to Auto Immune Ear
Disease, AIED, in Canada waiting for an appointment for a suitable ear
doctor to even diagnose their problem let along treat it. AIED costs
you your hearing often over night, almost always within a small number
of weeks, about half the number of weeks to get a scheduled visit with
the necessary skills. Others try to make it to the US where there are
far more doctors and you can get treated faster, if you are willing and
able to travel a bit.

I hope nothing with a long wait time for the one or two doctors in Canada
that handle it.

{^_^}
