[Fedora-xen] Xeon Core 5130 couldn't support full-virtualization?

But when I want to check hypervisor capability set in this server:

# cat /sys/hypervisor/properties/capabilities :

nothing to me, so should I discare it? or the server couldn't support
full virtualization
capaility, even CPU is right one, is it?
