The latest FC6 kernel is 2.6.19-1.2911.6.4.fc6, so the matching kmdl
would be ivtv-kmdl-2.6.19-1.2911.6.4.fc6, e.g. compare "2911" with
"2911.6.4"
If you have yum-plugin-kmdl installed it takes care of that for you,
otherwise use
yum install ivtv-kmdl-`uname -r`

Try uname -r and see what kernel you are really running, if you did
fully upgrade then you will be using 2.6.19-1.2911.6.4.fc6, not
2.6.19-1.2911.fc6.
