Centos+ on FC3

A clean install is out of the question right now. "rpm -Uvh -- test"
on the following files reports no errors. Has anyone actually used
CentosPlus to upgrade FC3? The primary objective is MySQL 5. The
server is currently running FC3 with PHP, MySQL and HTTPD out of FC4.
