Just because people can sue over anything does not mean that you should
knowingly infringe a patent or take that risk unnecessarily which will 
result in triple damages. That's very close to the
suggestion security holes in Internet explorer does not matter since
Firefox has security holes too. As usual you are just arguing for the 
sake or having a argument here.
