Recipe for Li-Ion battery longevity

Wikipedia has some good info on the different battery types.

IIRC, it recommended not deep cycling for li-ion since they don't
suffer from memory issues and they do get slightly stressed from a
deep discharge.

I referenced that quite a while ago ... it could recommend the exact
opposite now :)
