Keep a console to be like rhgb

Dear all,

I am wondering if it is possible to keep one of the 6 consoles
(Ctrl+Alt+F[1-7]) to be something like rhgb, i.e graphical background,
widescreen resolution etc.

I am using Intel 855GME video card.
