firefox CLI new window

FWIW, it works just fine here.

Started FF in Workspace 1, changed to Workspace 2 and typed "firefox
-new-window http://cnn.com" and a new window popped up in Workspace 2.

This is with firefox-1.5.0.10-5.fc6 installed.
